IT has taken two years to build the latest new addition to Liverpool's King's Waterfront development, the brand new Echo Arena.
One of the first sporting events at the arena on January 25 and 26 is one of the most exciting form of indoor motorsport on the planet - Supercross.
Some of the world best Supercross champions will be competing, including former US motocross champion Mike Brown who will be representing Honda and the US at this event. Canada's very best riders will also be on hand including Yamaha mounted, six-time Canadian Motocross champ Jean Sebastian Roy.
JSR will be joined by team-mate and fellow Canuck Colton Facciotti. Facciotti is no stranger to British Supercross, claiming his first British Supercoss title back in 2005 at the unprecedented tender age of 16.
South African stars Neville Bradshaw and David Goosen will also be competing.
Former British Supercross and Motocross champ Carl Nunn will be making his Motovison Suzuki debut as well as another former British Supercross champ, Lewis Gregory of Relentless Suzuki.
Many other riders from around the world including Canada, South Africa, France and Belgium will be looking to defend their national pride in the international race of champions.
Doors open at 6pm. To book tickets, visit www.accliverpool.com or call the box office on 0844 8000 400.
