A YOUNG Prenton man appeared at Wirral Magistrates Court charged under the Sexual Offences Act with voyeurism.
Prosecutor Alan Currums alleged 22-year-old David John Roberts twice pushed a mobile phone contained in a shoe into a cubicle occupied by a mother and her two young children at Europa Pools in Birkenhead, in April.
Roberts, of Denston Close, pleaded guilty and District Judge Nick Sanders told him it was behaviour which was utterly unacceptable. But he said he noted Roberts had not previously been in trouble and he gave him credit for the guilty plea.
Roberts was made the subject of an 18-month supervision order. He must also serve 150 hours of unpaid work.
He must sign on the sex offenders register for five years.
